Long Distance Moves Within Oregon

 Moves that occur outside the Central Oregon area that have a distance of more than 50 miles from Bend, Oregon but have a delivery within the state of Oregon are considered Intrastate moves. For the last 15 years we have done moves to Portland, Salem, Eugene, Medford and all cities and towns across the state of Oregon. For these types of moves an onsite evaluation is common. Rates for these moves are determined by the weight of the shipment and the distance it travels.

Moves that cross state lines are interstate moves. We have moved   over 1000 interstate moves and specialize in large long distance logistical transports.  American Moving & Storage services the lower 48 states and we have done hundreds of interstate moves ranging from Vancouver, Washington to Washington D.C. We are licensed with the FMCSA (Federal Motor Carriers) and have all the necessary insurance in place. For these types of move an onsite evaluation to determine the weight and cubic footage of the shipment is necessary. Rates for this type of move vary greatly depending on the weight of the shipment and the distance between the pickup and delivery addresses.
